Removing the Fan
Prepare the computer for disassembly and remove the following components:
LED cover
Keyboard
Optical Drive Device
Display
Heat spreader
Top cover
Diskette drive
Right side panel
Disconnect the fan cable

from the system board.
Remove the two silver TM2.5 × 6 screws

that secure the fan to the system board.
